As part of transport-related losses, we offer comprehensive inspections of cargo damaged during transportation. The service includes detailed examination of the goods, identification of the type and extent of damage, photographic documentation, determination of the probable cause of the loss, and assessment of possible further handling or use of the cargo in order to minimize losses.

Each report is preceded by detailed inspections of the damaged property, and full photographic documentation and a detailed description of the damage are prepared. We are equipped with the necessary technical tools, including measuring devices, paint coating thickness gauges, tyre tread depth gauges, laser distance meters, as well as specialized software for vehicle value estimation (Info‑Ekspert) and repair cost calculation (Audatex).

The reports prepared by us serve as a basis for negotiations, settlements and the pursuit of claims against business partners, freight forwarders or insurers, and in the case of insurance companies, support the substantive assessment of claim validity and the determination of compensation amounts.

We act both on behalf of insurance companies and insured entities. We handle both long‑term cooperation and single assignments.

We cooperate with appraisal offices in several European countries, which enables the preparation of valuations and reports in accordance with, among others, UK and German market conditions.
